Cure SMA is thrilled to provide the following opportunities for online connection once again, where members of the SMA community can meet, network, and hang out in a friendly virtual setting.

Virtual Adults with SMA Socials
Virtual Adults with SMA Socials are back! These online get-togethers are just for adults with SMA and will take place at 8:00pm ET / 7:00pm CT / 5:00pm PT on the following dates:
- Tuesday, January 13
- Thursday, February 12
- Wednesday, March 11
- Tuesday, April 14
- Previous: Monday, November 10
These Virtual Adults with SMA Socials are 60-minute video calls offering an opportunity for adults with SMA to gather online in a friendly setting. Attendees will be able to network, catch up with old friends, and meet new adults with SMA in the community!
Virtual Teens with SMA Hangout
Looking for a place for your teens to connect with others who truly understand life with SMA? Check out Cure SMA’s Virtual Teens with SMA Hangout, a fun and supportive space designed just for teens with SMA, ages 12–18.

These 60-minute Zoom sessions are all about real conversations, laughter, and making new friends in a relaxed environment. Each hangout is moderated by Dr. Albert Freedman and Angela Wrigglesworth—the same incredible team you may know from the Annual SMA Conference.

Virtual SMA Parent Socials
All parents of children with SMA (no matter their age) are invited to join in these Zoom get-togethers which are a fantastic way to connect with other parents across the U.S. and spend a fun evening together. These hour-long events will take place on the following Wednesdays at 8:00pm ET / 7:00pm CT / 5:00pm PT:
