Cure SMA is pleased to announced that, thanks to a generous grant from The Dhont Family Foundation, we are offering scholarships to the 2017 Annual SMA Conference for all adults with SMA. The scholarship covers registration for one adult, age 18+, and one aide.
Each year, we look forward to reuniting as a community at the Annual SMA Conference. One of the most meaningful and unique aspects of our conference is seeing individuals and families from all areas of our community—from those newly diagnosed, to teens and adults with SMA, to the researchers and clinicians working on SMA—joining together in order to lend each other support and strength, and to learn about the latest advances in research and care.
As in past years, we will have several workshops designed for adults with SMA in every session. We’re also planning our adult social for adults with SMA and their families, which will be held on Thursday night, the opening night of conference.
How to Apply for an Adult Scholarship

We encourage you to fill out your application as soon as possible. We are expecting a record-breaking year with over 1,800 attendees. We anticipate that registration and our hotel room block will both sell out in early spring.
