Teen and Young Adult Survey Extended Through January 21st

Are you or a family member between the ages of 12 and 25? Do you want to share your opinion on living with SMA and what is important to you regarding treatment options?

In late November, Cure SMA launched the SMA Teen and Young Adult Clinical Meaningfulness Survey. Anyone with SMA between the ages of 12 and 25 can participate. The survey looks to study what is important to teens and young adults with SMA. We want to know how the disease impacts your daily life, and what would motivate you to seek treatment options. The survey is specifically geared towards teens and young adults with SMA because we want to learn more about your daily lives, challenges and triumphs. Your voice is important.

Who can enter?

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) (type II or III)
  • You must be 12 to 25 years old
  • You must live in the United States
  • If you are a minor in your state, a parent must consent before you may take the survey

The submission period will end on Monday, January 21st. All survey participants will receive a $15 Amazon Gift card within a week of completing the survey. If interested, please contact Allison Mazzella at [email protected] or 800.886.1762 x1192 for details.

We appreciate your time and look forward to learning from you!
