Back by popular demand, Cure SMA and Isis Pharmaceuticals are once again teaming up for a holiday card contest! This contest is open to children with spinal muscular atrophy, their siblings, and to children of parents with SMA.
Isis will select three entries to use in their annual holiday card. These winning entries will receive a special prize, and everyone who enters will receive a gift bag for participating.
We will also be posting a gallery of all entries on our Facebook page.
How to Enter
- Download an entry form.
- Draw a holiday-themed picture. Use your imagination and be creative!
- Submit your entry. You can submit in one of two ways:
- Mail your entry to: Cure SMA, Attn: Holiday Card Contest, 925 Busse Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL, 60007. If you mail, please do not fold your artwork.
- Scan in your entry and email it to [email protected], with “Holiday Card Contest” in the subject line. If you choose to scan in your entry, please be sure to save the original artwork. If you win, Isis may need it to create the card.
The entry deadline is Monday, October 12. Mailed entries must be received by this date, so plan ahead if you’re submitting your entry via mail. Questions? Send us an email at [email protected].
